Self love for weight loss

Join us for this totally new approach to weight loss. Based upon science and using brain changing techniques, we will guide you through three sessions to release the blocks, re-balance the body and rediscover how important self love really is for health and well being. In each session we work using different modalities to by pass subconscious belief systems, untie ancestral patterns and release self sabotaging behaviours. The course is run over three Saturdays.
